FullPaint - to create a fancy frame - draw a rectangle, or square, oval etc... select it with the marquee (placing the marque's dashed lines where you would like your border to extend to). Now hold down COMMAND-E (Trace Edges) ultil you have reached the dashed lines. Using the lasso, double-click on the patterned rectangle, square etc... you first created. This will select only the filled object you created. Now move the object away from the frame. You can inlarge your newly created frame by selecting (lasso tool) and cutting it, use the marque and draw a different sized rectangle and paste.
